Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will need to be given with more than 48 hours prior notice to allow for the slot to be filled. Any cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be required to pay their treatment fee in full.

Lameness Policy

If your animal is lame in the dynamic assessment of your treatment, and this is unknown to the vet prior to them giving consent, the treatment will not take place and a call out fee will be charged.
